Under Armour reported a net loss of $43 million in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, improving from a $67 million loss a year earlier.
Quarterly revenue declined 1% to $1.2 billion as weaker North American sales offset strong international growth. International revenue increased 10%, driven by gains in Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and Latin America.
For the full fiscal year 2026, Under Armour posted a net loss of $496 million, compared to a $201 million loss in the previous year, while annual revenue fell 4% to $5 billion.
President and CEO Kevin Plank said the company is continuing efforts to “reset” the business and improve operational discipline as it targets stabilization in fiscal 2027.
